Why can't I just rely on my property broker's word?
Brokers are transaction facilitators, not legal or geodetic surveyors. They do not have the liability, legal standing, or tools to verify sub-registry records, court litigations, or accurate total station boundary overlays. JAYDAD provides independent, objective verification.
What documents do I need to provide for verification?
At a minimum, we require copies of the Title Deed (Dalil), Khatian (CS/SA/RS/BS), Mutation Porcha, DCR, and the latest Khajna receipt. If you are verifying an apartment, we also need the Building Approval Sheet and Landowner-Developer Agreement.
How do I receive the completed Verification Report?
Once our assigned advocate and survey team complete their audit, you will receive an encrypted digital PDF report containing the full findings, risk rating, document copies, and signed legal opinion in your JAYDAD Customer Dashboard.
