1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, applications, or verification services provided by JAYDAD Solutions Ltd. ("JAYDAD", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use this platform.

2. Nature of Platform & Services

JAYDAD operates an end-to-end real estate marketplace and independent property verification network. We connect property buyers, sellers, corporate tenants, and certified third-party professionals (advocates, geodetic surveyors, and structural engineers).

3. Property Verification Scope & Disclaimers

Our Verification Reports reflect the public records, physical surveys, and regulatory documents available at the time of inspection. While our professional network conducts rigorous due diligence in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh (Transfer of Property Act 1882, Registration Act 1908, and State Acquisition and Tenancy Act 1950), JAYDAD does not act as an insurer of sovereign government titles.

4. User Obligations & Listings

Sellers, brokers, and developers listing properties on JAYDAD warrant that all information, photographs, and title documents submitted are authentic, unencumbered, and free from deliberate misrepresentation. JAYDAD reserves the right to immediately remove fraudulent or unverified listings.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All verification methodologies, algorithms, digital report templates, and brand assets are the exclusive property of JAYDAD Solutions Ltd. Property documents uploaded by users are kept strictly confidential and shared only with assigned licensed professionals for the sole purpose of conducting verification.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
